Hereford Indie Food is Back and Bigger than Ever!

Hereford Indie Food Festival (HIF) IS BACK for 2024 and bigger than ever! Headline performances this year from renowned international artists. From 90’s sensation GABRIELLE headlining Friday night, to NEWTON FAULKNER supporting beloved rock band FEEDER on Sunday night, Saturday night leads with the LOTTERY WINNERS with their acclaimed indie pop tunes, and many many more!

“This year, HIF promises to build upon its past successes with an expanded four-day show, offering even more opportunities for attendees to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture of Herefordshire and dance the night away to some incredible artists, it will be the biggest yet and we couldn’t be more excited to be able to bring a show like this to the heart of Hereford city”, says Dorian Kirk, Festival director.

Hereford Indie Food Festival: a celebration of all things Herefordshire. Established in 2016, HIF has become a much-anticipated summer festival, transforming our little corner of Hereford city into a showcase of exceptional food, drink, local produce, and crafts soundtracked with live music from nationally acclaimed artists, attracting visitors from far and wide.

From street-food markets brimming with artisanal produce to electrifying performances on the Weston’s Main Stage and the Jam Factory Acoustic Stage; there’s something for everyone. Taking place on and behind Aubrey Street, Hereford, from August 23 to August 26, Hereford Indie Food Festival 2024 invites visitors to experience the best of Herefordshire’s food, music, and community spirit.

“We’re thrilled to see Hereford Indie Food Festival return for another exciting year. Each year, we aim to elevate the festival experience, welcoming huge acts to Hereford and creating an unforgettable atmosphere that celebrates our community’s talent and creativity”, says Callum Beattie, Festival director.

In 2023 the three-day festival drew thousands of attendees, solidifying HIF as a highlight of Herefordshire’s summer calendar. While the 2023 musical line-up featured national stars Craig Charles, Undercover Hippies, Mr. Motivator, and local talent including the Spitfires, Jetski, and Eliza May, 2024 promises an even bigger show!
