Arboyne House

Arboyne House is in the heart of historic ‘Black and White’ Eardisley village: a perfect base to explore the Welsh Marches and Herefordshire with easy access to Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacon National Park.

Arboyne House offers a choice of Holly Lodge (up to 6 guests), The Bakehouse (2 guests) or The Panel Room (2 guests) – or a flexible combination of these. Full of charm, each accommodation offers both character features and modern facilities:

  • Comfy beds with white linen, towels and toiletries
  • A large peaceful garden with views across the meadows to the Welsh mountains.
  • Secure space to store cycles, canoes, walking kit and fishing tackle.
  • Use of Arboyne Studio
  • Dogs by arrangement
  • High chair, toddler chair and a cot
  • Free super fast wi-fi
  • The Old Wash House has modern laundry facilities

HOLLY LODGE is a delightful property for 2-6 guests, perfect for families and friends. Choice of 2 or 3 bedrooms to best suit your requirements. A romantic bedroom with king sized 4 poster bed and the “Blue and White’ bedroom (single room, small twin or single with cot). The optional Oak Room has a super-king bed or twin beds and ensuite W.C., a family bathroom with shower.

The spacious living room has exposed beams and feature stone wall, comfortable chairs and sofa, books and games for all ages; a perfect place to relax. A well equipped kitchen/dining room.

THE BAKEHOUSE  is a ‘gem’, transformed from a Victorian hive of activity baking the bread for Eardisley, it still features an impressive bread oven. Stepping up from a private sunny patio, the cottage living room has a wood burning stove, sofa and chairs, and round cast iron dining table. Stairs lead to the newly fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The spacious bedroom has super-king or twin beds and an ensuite shower.

THE PANEL ROOM is an historic en-suite bedroom and is available on its own or as additional accommodation with The Bakehouse or Holly Lodge.

Arboyne House can sleep anything from 1 to 10 people, please contact for full details.
