Brand new in 2020 this conveniently located holiday cottage in Herefordshire adjoins an award-winning country inn, The Crown at Woolhope, in the heart of the picturesque village of Woolhope, just 6 miles from Hereford City.

With 8 bedrooms, 9 beds, 5 bath/shower rooms, a unique converted commercial kitchen/dining room and large garden, this holiday cottage for groups or families has been designed for celebrations and foodie experiences, as well as traditional holidays, or, with the pub directly next door, it’s a brilliant party house for stag and hen parties.

Sleeps up to 16 in 8 bedrooms. The 6 first floor bedrooms enjoy wonderful views of the Woolhope dome SSSI. With the owner a cider fan, with his own on-site micro-brewery, (the pub has won Cider Pub of the Year more than once) the rooms are named after famous cider fruit varieties. 2 super king-size, which can be twins, 2 doubles, one of which is en-suite, 1 king-size, 1 twin, a bunk bedroom is located on the ground floor. This is next to the downstairs shower room which leads to the snug and large kitchen/dining room.

There is a large open-plan kitchen and dining area which has been converted from a previous commercial kitchen, seats 20. Fantastic for entertaining, you can arrange for the professional chef to cater for you by prior arrangement.

There is Sky TV in the snug that joins the very social kitchen and dining areas with breakfast bar seating around the room. Sonos speakers feature in the dining room and snug areas.

You have your own private entrance and secluded garden with pub benches under the apple tree. There is a swing for younger guests, large fire pit with seating, BBQ and step down to a covered pub games area with quoits, darts, table football and further TV.

Accessibility
This is an old property and some upstairs windows have low opening points that may make them unsuitable for younger children. There are steps into the building as you arrive that may make disabled access difficult.
