            Meet Kenny Styles, Head Chef at Carriages,
            a well-respected chef, classically trained at
            Le Cordon Bleu, the international network
            of hospitality and culinary schools teaching     MARK MCHUGO

                                                prefer a modern British description, wanting it
                                                to be accessible to all.
                                                Charmaine’s established record in hospitality
                                                and food retail have honed her front-of-house
                                                skills to create a wonderful kitchen-to-customer
                                                experience.
                                                Strong advocates of the Slow Food movement,
                                                the couple’s efforts in sustainability, low food
                                                miles, reducing waste and developing their

                                                UK to receive the new Michelin Green Star in
                                                2022 and retain it in 2023.
