Enter The Barn, our 12-person six-bedroom property and be met with utter bliss and space. Equipped with large range cooker and private pool.

Stay at Poachers Barn , our 6 person three bedroom property and feel cosy next to the log burner. With private swimming pool.

Entertain at The Gaggles, our 8 person four bedroom property with plenty of space for the family to eat, drink and play gates. With private sheltered hot tub.

Have a week in Butlers Cottage, our other 8 person four bedroom property with a luxurious private spa area in the back garden including Hot Tub and Sauna.

Put your feet up in Gardeners Cottage our 4 person two bedroom property and relax in the Private Hot Tub with endless fields surrounding the garden.

Romance away in Adam Lodge or Eve Lodge,  our 2 person 1 bedroom gatehouses and spend the evening in the private spa area including a Hot Tub and Sauna. (Adam and Eve also have a pull down bed in the living area if required.)

The estate offers beautiful scenic lakeside and woodland walks. Lakes Edge is dog friendly making it the perfect staycation for your paw friends.
