The Burger Shop
Restaurant
Owned by acclaimed mobile Herefordshire brand A Rule of Tum, The Burger Shop is located on Aubrey St, Hereford. Passionate about provenance, using the best, local, seasonal ingredients they consistently prepare delicious burgers, along with some other treats and beverages.
The hip retro side-street environment encourages a fun vibe where fingers work better than cutlery and tucking-in is unavoidable.
While the venue is informal, the food is undeniably gourmet and very hearty. Loaded with high quality meat, or flavoursome veggie options (like Falafel burgers), and stuffed with pickles, sauces and garnish, it’s not just about the traditional burgers and everything is far from ‘standard’.
Yes, Farmer Tom’s beef burger, the Pulled Lamb burger and the Crispy Chicken burger are popular staples enveloped in toasted light brioche buns, though there are often specials like the sticky ribs, bbq wings, the Cornish Mackerel burger, the Confit Duck burger and more, then of course irresistible sides of house slaw, spicy onion rings and the famous rosemary fries.
Housemade desserts are ever-changing.
